Model Portfolio & Submissions
When you submit photos, videos or any portfolio materials to V Nandhini Model Coordinator, the following terms apply:
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of all submitted materials. We do not claim ownership of your photos or videos.
- Consent: By submitting materials, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, share and use your portfolio images for promotional and placement purposes on our website, social media and client communications.
- Accuracy: You confirm that all information provided — including your name, age, measurements and contact details — is accurate and truthful.
- Age Verification: Models under 18 years of age must provide written parental or guardian consent before any portfolio submission or placement.
- Approval: All submissions are manually reviewed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any submission without explanation.
- Removal: You may request removal of your portfolio from our website at any time by contacting us in writing.
- No Guarantee: Submission of a portfolio does not guarantee placement, casting or employment of any kind.
Payment & Fees
V Nandhini Model Coordinator operates on a transparent fee structure for paid services. The following terms apply to all payments:
- Portfolio Submission Fees: Paid featured uploads are charged as per the pricing displayed at time of submission.
- Shoot Fees: Portfolio shoot packages, makeup, styling and photography fees are agreed upon before the shoot date and are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
- Placement Fees: Any placement coordination fees will be clearly communicated before engagement. No hidden charges apply.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, UPI, and online payment gateways. Receipts will be provided for all transactions.
- Refunds: Refunds are only issued if a confirmed session is cancelled by us. Cancellations made by the talent or client within 24 hours of a shoot are non-refundable.
- Foreign Models: International clients and models may be billed in USD. Currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the payer.
Important: V Nandhini Model Coordinator does not charge any upfront "registration fees" to join our talent roster. If anyone demands such fees claiming to represent us, please report it immediately to info@vnandhinimodelcoordinator.com.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations — is the property of V Nandhini Model Coordinator or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright laws and international treaties.

User Conduct
All users — including registered models, clients and website visitors — are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times. You agree to:
- Treat all staff, models, clients and third parties with courtesy and professionalism
- Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination or inappropriate communication
- Maintain confidentiality of any non-public information shared during engagement
- Not attempt to directly contact production companies or brands from our client list without our involvement
- Attend all confirmed shoot or audition appointments on time or provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations
- Not misrepresent your portfolio, skills, experience or personal details to us or our clients
Violation of conduct standards may result in immediate removal from our talent roster and exclusion from future opportunities without refund of any fees paid.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, V Nandhini Model Coordinator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of income, profits or business opportunities arising from use of our services
- Failure to secure placement, casting or employment despite portfolio submission
- Damages arising from third-party websites linked from our website
- Any interruption or cessation of service, including website downtime
- Loss or corruption of data or portfolio submissions
- Actions of clients, production houses or third parties engaged through our coordination
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including but not limited to Google, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Nutrilite. These links are provided for your convenience only.
We have no control over the content of those websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. When you access a third-party website from our site, it is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policies.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

- Non-payment of agreed fees
